Rollem Appoints French Distributor

UK manufacturer Rollem has appointed Lyon-based Ollagnier SA as its distributor in France. Rollem has been designing and building bespoke finishing systems for 80 years and its products range from feeding, numbering, perforating, trimming and scoring systems to sophisticated lines that may require extremely accurate slitting, gluing, folding and wrapping.

AbbeyHine Gains Advantage with Rollem Order

Bury St. Edmund printer AbbeyHine intends to speed up the turnaround of many jobs produced at the site with the delivery in August of an Advantage finishing system from Sheffield manufacturer Rollem.  The Suffolk printer currently outsources work that requires creasing, but this was introducing a delay that was becoming unacceptable.

Rollem Scores a Hit at Carson Print Services

The scoring wheels launched at Ipex by Sheffield manufacturer Rollem have been given the thumbs up by Wirral printer Carson Print Services, which was the first UK company to test the new product when it installed the wheels on a trial basis prior to the exhibition.

Rollem Revolution – A Safe Bet at Ipex

Rollem has teamed up with Heidelberg and Sappi to produce 32,000 packs of playing cards during Ipex.  Prior to the exhibition, Heidelberg used a Speedmaster XL 105-10-P to print the cards on 285 gsm Sappi Algro Design Card, and during Ipex Rollem will use its Revolution finishing system to demonstrate how one operator can transform seamlessly printed sheets into fully wrapped decks.
