The event is being sponsored by HP, a market-leading supplier of wide- and super-wide format printers and consumables.
The content is designed to provide delegates with information, ideas and inspiration to improve their business performance and help them ensure their future success. The programme will include;
¢ Real life case studies: how to develop award winning print! - Sanca & Distrade
¢ Using technology to deliver real marketing value - HP
¢ What does the buyer want? - El Corte Ingls
¢ The Importance of Innovation - Peter Kiddell, PDS Consulting
¢ The Future of Imaging - Marcus Timson, FESPA
The Madrid conference is affordably priced at Euros 90, with a discounted rate of Euros 60 for members of AEDES or other FESPA national associations.
Marcus Timson, FESPA Communications Director explains the rationale for the Business Conference: 'One of FESPA's cornerstone objectives is to share knowledge and give the printing community access to high-quality learning opportunities. Whilst technical capability and production quality are essential, our dialogue with printers highlights the massive demand for business and marketing skills to help print businesses grow.
'Research indicates that printers who offer unique services, creative solutions and marketing value in their relationships with their customers are likely to produce more effective marketing campaigns and grow their businesses. The objective of these conferences is to equip delegates with inspirational ideas and best-practice guidelines to improve their overall business performance.'
Explaining the choice of Spain as the territory in which to pilot the Business Conference concept, Marcus Timson continues: 'Spain is an incredibly important and fast-growing market and, according to AEDES, there is a distinct need for this event. This new conference responds to demand from Spanish printers to enhance their business performance in an ever more competitive environment.'
The long-term intention is for FESPA Business Conferences to be held around Europe in partnership with FESPA member national associations, with adapted content to enrich this learning experience in the context of each national market.
