FUJIFILM Corporation (President and CEO: Shigetaka Komori) is pleased to announce another installation of its market leading B2 inkjet digital press, the Jet Press 720. Digital Edge Print & Media Service Ltd, based in Canada, is the latest company to invest in the press, with the installation due to take place in March 2012. The investment by Digital Edge follows the announcement in 2011 of the first press to be installed outside of Japan at Gilson Graphics in Michigan, USA. These installations, in addition to a number of others in Japan, take the total number of machines installed in the market to nine.

FUJIFILM Corporation (President and CEO: Shigetaka Komori) today announces the launch of its XR-1200F developer waste reduction & water re-use system at drupa 2012 (Dusseldorf, Germany, May 3^rd -16^th). The XR-1200F unit is designed to reduce pre-press developer waste*¹ and water use for printers using plate production systems requiring chemistry.

The latest addition to Fujifilm’s renowned ‘low-chemistry’ family of products, Brillia HD LH-PXE offers an extra long run length of up to 500,000 impressions unbaked, and an extended run length of over 1,000,000 when baked.
