Carefree With New Totalcare plus Support Package From Domino

Domino Printing Sciences plc has launched the TotalCare plus programme - a new integrated range of support and service products specifically developed for its latest coding & marking solution: C-Series plus.
Specifically designed to provide the continuity and cost predictability needed in today's complex manufacturing environment, TotalCare plus will be delivered to the highest Domino Global Service Standard which was established to incorporate all areas of total customer satisfaction.
With the TotalCare plus programme, customers can choose from a set of flexible modules which, for example, include start up training, maintenance, technical support, fluids agreements etc, to adopt a tailored after sales service package that delivers maximum equipment effectiveness and reduces unplanned maintenance. The new programme will help customers to factor in a predictable value of after sales services and increase a company's overall equipment effectiveness.
