Increased print quality, greater sophistication of coded information and improved equipment reliability are among the key benefits reported by dairy product packaging specialist Town of Monaghan Co-op following the installation of Domino's new G-Series thermal ink jet (TIJ) printer. These factors have proved critical to Town of Monaghan's contract with Irish butter brand Kerrygold, for which the farmer-owned co-operative produces several million butter blocks in its signature gold foil packaging on an annual basis.

Domino Printing Sciences plc, a world-leader in total coding, marking, printing and traceability solutions, has announced that two of Spain's leading label printers have installed its cost-effective and versatile K-Series variable data drop-on-demand ink jet print solution. Autoadhesivos Argraf and Hermanos Bacigalupe S.L have invested in a total of six K100 digital inkjet printers to fulfil the specific data printing requirements of Spain's Regulatory Board of Rioja, the Consejo Regulador de la Rioja.
