Domino, the world leader in in-line variable data printing and product identification will mark its entry into the full-colour digital printing market at IPEX 2010 with the commercial launch of its new N-Series piezo ink jet range.

Making its debut at IPEX 2010 will be the Domino K600 high resolution single colour piezo ink jet system. The latest addition to the successful K-Series line-up, the 600dpi K600, satisfies the growing market requirement to digitally print complete products. Print widths range from 108mm (4.25”) to 780mm (30.8”), with scalability being achieved by mounting print modules across a bar.

IPEX 2010 marks a watershed for Domino, with the Cambridge, UK-based company using the show as the launchpad for a brand new range of four/five colour digital presses. The move marks Domino’s transition from acknowledged market leader in in-line variable data printing to mainstream supplier of full colour digital printing equipment.

Domino UK Ltd, a UK based world-leader in complete product to pallet coding and marking solutions will exhibit at the easyFairs PACKTECH Show. Of specific interest to both end users and resellers will be the benefits of Domino’s V-Series range of reliable high quality thermal transfer overprinting (TTO) products. These produce clear, legible codes on to flexible packaging used in high volume packaging applications using form, fill and seal machines.

Increased print quality, greater sophistication of coded information and improved equipment reliability are among the key benefits reported by dairy product packaging specialist Town of Monaghan Co-op following the installation of Domino's new G-Series thermal ink jet (TIJ) printer. These factors have proved critical to Town of Monaghan's contract with Irish butter brand Kerrygold, for which the farmer-owned co-operative produces several million butter blocks in its signature gold foil packaging on an annual basis.
