Something for nothing from the BAPC at IPEX
Release date: 22.03.2006
The British Association for Print and Communication (BAPC) is offering printers who come to its stand at IPEX free membership of the association for a year.
Chairman Sidney Bobb explains: 'We're taking our message of business improvement through membership of a true print community to IPEX, and this promotion is about giving people a taste of the benefits we can offer. I'm confident that once these companies come to appreciate the valuable payback that BAPC membership provides, at an extremely reasonable cost, they will become committed members for the future.'
The BAPC is acknowledged as the largest representative body for the printing and graphic arts sector in Europe and concentrates on offering services relevant to ensuring the survival and success of its members.
Its stand in Hall 5 (A75) will also feature a large-format Canon printer that will be busy producing maps to publicise the BAPC's ground-breaking map initiative. The initiative means graphic arts professionals can specify and download accurate, editable and legal maps for reproduction via the BAPC website at www.bapc.co.uk.
Information on the BAPC's annual conference, which will take place over the weekend of 29 September in Daventry, will also be available.
