The BAPC (British Association for Print and Communication) is delighted to announce that its 2006 annual conference will be held over the weekend of 29th September, at the Daventry Hotel, Northamptonshire. Contact: www.bapc.co.uk.

BAPC has received extremely positive feedback from its 2005 conference, held from 11-12 November under the forward-looking theme of 'The Best is Yet to Come'.

BAPC has welcomed the Danwood Group to its body of associate members and accredited suppliers, with immediate effect.

A few places are still available for the 2005 BAPC Conference, to be held at Elstree Moat House, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire. The event begins at 9pm on Friday 11th November with a welcome evening with comedy raconteur Richard Digance. The Conference and Gala Dinner follow on Saturday 12th November.

The BAPC's annual search for the 'Business of the Year', 'Supplier of the Year' and 'Product of the year is now on.' Members of the Association are invited to nominate those they deem worthy of the accolade for the best supplier and product and submit their choice.

Following funding from the European Social Fund the BAPC has been able to provide valuable free training and assistance to a variety of companies throughout the country. Thanks to the efforts of both BAPC staff and the individuals concerned, the first successes have been achieved.

The BAPC has appointed Kerry Button to consult with the Association's members on their future growth and development.
