The way in which a new product is launched is absolutely key to the way in which it will be perceived by the media and therefore the way in which they will write it up to be read by your potential customers.
It is here that AD’s venue knowledge and attention to detail is of the utmost value. We take the time to understand the product you are launching and the key USPs and messaging that you wish to convey. We will then source a venue that perfectly reflects this messaging and work with our suppliers to theme the event with the correct colours, lighting and backdrops to ensure that the press absorb the concept through every sensory mode from the moment they arrive.
Our product launch package includes:
- Agreement of the top 5 USPs/messages that you wish to convey with the new product
- Specialised venue search and selection
- Design and creation of environment to suit the product launch through the use of sound, colours, lighting and branding
- Liaison with all suppliers to the event to include AV company, technicians, caterers, florists, graphic designers, venue
- Design and management of press invitations
- AD Event Manager present on-site to ensure smooth running of the event
Again through our PR department we are able to offer a range of additional services to ensure the success of your product launch:
- Suggestions regarding which sectors/members of the media to invite
- Strategic input into how best to demonstrate/display the product on the day
- Presentation writing and production
- Press pack content creation and production
