Exhibition Trips
We understand how much it costs to have a presence at an exhibition. The investment you make represents a significant part of your annual marketing budget and it is essential that you capitalise on this investment. Many companies view exhibitions solely as vehicles to generate new leads and customers which is of course essential, but they also represent an excellent opportunity to present your newest and most exciting products and services to the media.
One way of guaranteeing that your top media targets visit your stand, engage with your top spokespeople and experience in-depth product briefings, is to offer key journalists an all-expenses-paid trip to the exhibition, usually with an evening reception and overnight accommodation. The AD Events team will work with you to identify who to invite and will then organise every aspect of the press exhibition trip:
- Invitation design & management
- Liaison with the media to identify travel preferences and times
- Booking of all travel & accommodation
- Itinerary planning
- Organisation of stand briefing and individual one to one interviews with your spokespeople
- Organisation of an evening dinner or drinks reception if required
- The presence of an AD event manager on-site to act as the main point of contact for all the press and to oversee all aspects of the trip
