Dealer & Distributor Meetings
Keeping sales channel partners up to speed with the latest product updates and developments, training them on new products and upgrades and generally maintaining a good working relationship is key to your business and many companies choose to do this on a collective basis, gathering all of their distributors and dealers together in one place. We have considerable experience in staging this type of event, varying in size from a one day meeting, up to a three or four day long conference and training session, depending on how much information you have to impart. Again, by employing us to organise your dealer conference, you are free to devote your time to the all important content of the presentations and training sessions, leaving us to get on with the detail and logistics of staging the event. Our dealer event package includes:
- Venue search and selection – either in the UK or continental Europe
- Liaison with all invited dealers and distributors over travel, (where applicable) meeting itinerary and venue/accommodation details
- Liaison with venue over conference facilities, timings, catering and accommodation (where applicable)
- Liaison with external suppliers such as AV provider, caterer and restaurants, where applicable
- Presence of AD Event Manager on site to ensure the smooth running of the event
