User Groups
Many companies shy away from the idea of gathering all of their customers under one roof for a user group meeting however, if handled correctly and organised properly, a user group meeting is one of the most effective ways of positively promoting your company to your customers. It also offers you the opportunity to demonstrate new products, increase sales and it makes your customers feel part of a wider community. Depending on the size of your customer base, its geographic profile and the number of products that you have, AD Events can tailor a user group package to suit you, from a single day’s meeting in the UK, to a larger three or four day programme at a venue in continental Europe.
Whatever your requirements, we will work with you to identify the territories from which your customers originate, select a suitable venue, determine the cost of staging the event and set a price on customer participation. We will then handle all invitations and conference registration and manage all aspects of the event, including catering, travel, accommodation, AV and staging. We will also provide an AD Event manager to be present on site during the event.
