There is already the synopsis of a product launch under our press events section, but of course when you have something new to offer it is essential that you not only inform the press, but also your customers!
As with press perception, the way in which you launch a new product to your customers is absolutely key to its initial sales performance. Market research proves that the customer directly relates the experience he has at the launch event, to the calibre of the product. It is therefore essential to create an event that perfectly reflects the type of image and key USPs of the product you are trying to sell.
AD Events will take the time to understand the product you are launching and the messaging that you wish to convey. We will then source a venue that perfectly reflects this messaging and work with our suppliers to theme the event with the correct colours, lighting and backdrops to ensure that your customers absorb the concept through every sensory mode from the moment they arrive.

- Specialised venue search and selection
- Design and creation of environment to suit the product launch through the use of sound, colours, lighting and branding
- Liaison with all suppliers to the event to include AV company, technicians, caterers, florists, graphic designers, venue
- Design and management of customer invitations
- AD Event Manager present on-site to ensure smooth running of the event
